Recipes abound for the flexible sea bass, loved by chefs.

Kitchens love the versatility and ability to pair with citrus, herbs, and seasonings to work with the clean, mild flavor that doesn’t overpower sauces, plus a tender yet resilient texture that holds up to high-heat searing, baking, or steaming, and forgiving margins with cooking.
